About this event

Our Karate Program consists of American Karate and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Training is designed to create Karate black belts with additional skills in Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (no gi BJJ). MMA is the ultimate way to defend yourself in realistic situations. Students create life long habits to stay fit and healthy. Earning stripes and belts represents dedication and students learn that it takes perseverance to succeed.
