The Cloister Gallery: Nostalgia & Nutcrackers Art Exhibition & Opening Reception

About this event

Celebrate the beauty of the holiday season through art, memory, and tradition at Nostalgia & Nutcrackers , a festive exhibition in the Cloister Gallery at Christ Church Cathedral , featuring the work of artists Lia Rodi and Justine Warburton .

Through vibrant abstract paintings and charming decorative works, the exhibition explores the nostalgia, wonder, and enduring magic of nutcrackers. Lia Rodi’s expressive paintings bring a colorful, contemporary perspective to this beloved holiday tradition, while Justine Warburton’s decorative creations capture the warmth and whimsy of the season.

Join us for the opening reception on Thursday, November 19, from 5–7 p.m. in Reynolds Hall. Meet the artists, explore the exhibition in the Cloister Gallery, and celebrate the season with the Cathedral community.

Justine Warburton’s works will also be available for purchase in the Cathedral Bookstore throughout the holiday season, with 100% of her sales benefiting Christ Church Cathedral.
