New Moon Release & Renew

About this event

All Bodies welcome. No experience necessary. The dance is individual. The event container will be closed and confidential – you really can dance like no one is looking! Through an opening ceremony sharing cacao and song, we will move gently into an ecstatic dance dj set that will rise gradually, peak, and carry us back home over an hour. We will finish in a resting pose, sonically stroked by a calming percussion soundbath. Move only as your body enjoys. There is no judgement or performance: We move to ignite our spirits, release what we no longer need, and call in the spirit of what will move us forward. This is a sober event, no photos or video. Bring something to lie on – a yoga mat is perfect but this is not a yoga event.
