Are you running your business, or is it running you? This free, hands-on workshop for owners of growing companies is a three-hour working session built around EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, which more than 30,000 companies worldwide use. You’ll apply one tool from each of EOS’s Six Key Components (Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process and Traction) to your own business, right in the room.

You’ll leave with a first draft of your company’s plan and a clear list of what to do in the next seven days. A workbook covering every tool is provided, so bring a pen and honest answers about your business.

The workshop is led by Craig Ceccanti, a Professional EOS Implementer and adjunct professor at Rice. He grew Pinot’s Palette from one Houston studio to more than 150 locations and has held both the Visionary and Integrator seats.

Who it’s for: Owners and leaders (CEO, COO, CFO, President) of for-profit companies with roughly 10 to 250 people. You should already know what you sell, with the hard part now being people, priorities, and growth. It’s probably not the right fit if you’re still validating an idea or are a team of one or two.

Bring your leadership partner: The best version of this morning is a Visionary and Integrator at the same table. Up to 2 people per company can attend, and each submits a separate application.

How to join: Apply (about three minutes), have a quick call with Craig, then get your confirmation. Applications are reviewed as they come in. Apply by November 6 for the best shot at a seat.

Friday, November 20, 9:00 AM to noon

Seats are limited and an application is required.
