About this event
All fitness levels are welcome in this free fitness series at Discovery Green presented by UTHealth Houston. Registration is requested on site. Bring a towel and water, as well as a mat for yoga classes. Strengthen your body, relax your mind and find your center with this dynamic flow yoga and sound.
