About this event
Mixed Pilates Equipment is a full-body Pilates class that gives you the opportunity to work with different studio apparatus from class to class, including the Reformer, Tower, and Pilates Chair. Each session will focus on one piece of equipment or a thoughtful selected combination of both allowing you to explore different movements, resistance, and ways of challenging your body. Expect a balanced blend of strength, mobility, stability, and control all grounded in the Pilates principles you know and love.
