Dunsel in Fall Bloom: Kenzan Florals, Glazing, & Tea

Dunsel Clay House x Mei Meadow x Ceremonial Tea House

Join us Friday, November 20th from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM for our first-ever floral ikebana workshop and tea night, in collaboration with florist Mei Meadow and Houston’s Ceremonial Tea House. You’ll design your own fresh flower arrangement, sip herbal tea, and glaze a ceramic flower charm made right here in the studio. You’ll end the night with a finished arrangement to take home and a one-of-a-kind charm to remember it by.

We’ll start the evening with a guided floral workshop led by Mei Meadow, who will provide all the flowers, vases, and materials and walk you through building your arrangement step by step. Ceremonial Tea House will pour two rounds of traditional tea as you go. Then we’ll move on to glazing, where you’ll customize your flower charm with all the brushes and glazes provided by the studio. Whether you go soft and earthy, bold and bright, or something completely your own, our staff will be there to offer guidance and encouragement. Your arrangement goes home with you that night, and your charm will be ready for pickup about two weeks later at our studio after it's fired.

This is a perfect date night, girls’ night, or slow, cozy evening with friends. Come with your people, or come solo and leave with a few new ones.
