Awakening the Compassionate Heart: Tending the Garden of the Four Immeasurables
with Marcy Vaughn
November 6-8, 2026
The Four Immeasurable Qualities in Tibetan Buddhism are love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. In this retreat, Marcy Vaughn will offer heart-centered practices to explore, cultivate, and embody these qualities. Through guided meditation, active imagery, sound healing, and stream-of-consciousness writing, we can develop a better understanding of how these qualities come alive within us and manifest in our relationships and in our world.
