Jawwaad | Myth & Logic

About this event

Jawwaad Taylor celebrates the release of Myth & Logic, a deeply personal project centered on resilience, transformation, and the possibilities of sound.

Written during the isolation of the pandemic, Myth & Logic moves through fear, failure, acceptance, and joy, drawing from Taylor’s longstanding exploration of modern jazz, improvisation, hip hop, deep listening, and experimental sound.

The project also extends into sculpture through Myth & Logic: The Geometry of Sound, an exploration of how sound and frequency can take physical form.

For this album release performance, Taylor brings the world of Myth & Logic to the stage through music shaped by collaboration, experimentation, and the belief that beauty can emerge through challenge.
