OPEN JAZZ JAM

Local musicians, both seasoned and new, gather here every week for an open jazz jam. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, offering a sense of camaraderie among the performers and the audience.

Join us for a historic evening of free jazz at AvantGarden, where Houston’s top musicians gather for an elevated, improvisational jam session. Experience the rich sounds of live jazz in a vibrant, intimate setting that celebrates creativity, spontaneity, and the city’s deep musical heritage.
