Selestial Sacred Sound Sessions: Reset-Reflect-Rejuvenate

About this event

Reset, Reflect, Rejuvenate

Give yourself permission to pause. Join Selestial Sacred Sound Sessions for an immersive evening of sound and stillness inside the Infinity Room at POST HTX’s Art Club. Surrounded by reflections and light, you are invited to step away from everyday demands and return to your center.

Guided by Reginald C. Adams and Selena Coronado, this experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, resonant gong tones, and mindful breathing. Settle into a comfortable position as layers of sound create space for personal reflection and rest.

Our theme, Reset, Reflect, Rejuvenate, offers three intentions for the evening. Reset by making room for a fresh perspective. Reflect by listening inward with curiosity and compassion. Rejuvenate by allowing yourself time to simply be, without expectations or a list of things to accomplish.

No meditation experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound session or part of an established practice, come as you are and participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

Join us November 15, from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. Bring your mat, an open heart, and a willingness to receive. Leave yourself this hour to reconnect with your breath, your intentions, and the present moment.

Reserve your place at www.selestialsacredsoundsessions.com . Your moment of stillness awaits.
