About this event

As a campaign for the universal recognition of the dignity of women, Right to Know exists to restore what girls have too often been denied: literacy in the voice of their bodies, knowledge of their unique identity, and the freedom to become fully themselves.

Right to Know, a nonprofit organization, developed the Save Our Daughters talk series after recognizing an urgent need: parents must be equipped to become their preteens’ most trusted resource for understanding the dignity of human life and the meaning of their bodies. When girls struggle with things like period cramps, mental health struggles, acne, and other symptoms around their period, they need a trusted source to turn to. Along with providing practical resources for parents and children, Save Our Daughters offers a comprehensive look at the realities facing the modern girl and what parents can do to protect, guide, and strengthen her amid today’s cultural and media-driven pressures.

Inspired by the book, 'The Art of War, this event takes parents, grandparents, educators, and adults who mentor young girls through the specific tactics used in the war being fought over the potential of today's young women. This talk inspires the community to create solutions and utilize the resources in the community to be on the front lines again in saving our daughters.

This night will also inform parents to the tools and resources provided by Right to Know in order to combat today's unhealthy culture and inspire girls to heal their body, live regally, and leave a legacy.
