Havana Nights: Celebrating the Legacy of Celia Cruz with the Taty Sunay Band

About this event

The horns come in hot. The room is on its feet before the first chorus ends. Taty Sunay leads her band through the songbook of Celia Cruz, the Queen of Salsa: congas, timbales, and a full horn section. Guest musicians drop in throughout the night, and the crowd sings along in Spanish and English both. It's a slice of Havana inside Doc's 1936 theater in Montrose.

Our kitchen and bar will be open. Come hungry, the food's as good as the music.

See you at the show!
