Before the day of the ride, air up your tires to make sure they hold air, no leaks. Oil your chain, check your brakes.
When we ride, ride as if you are riding by yourself, look both ways @ intersections. Keep space between you and the rider infront of you.
No open speakers, keep music to one earbud. Have the other ear open to hear around you.
I have extra construction vests, ask me for one to wear while on the ride.
